His work in marketing began in the academic field, where he carried out initial studies into the relationship between marketing and technological innovation, more than 20 years ago. He then worked in the research departments of leading Italian institutes, taking care of media and new media. At Contactlab he is responsible for the development of online methodology applied to market research, with a particular focus on the implementation of automated solutions for customers, as well as being responsible for international surveys dedicated to Internet user behaviour.
