Isa Mueller-Wegner is the COO for eBay’s Emerging European Countries, encompassing Europe (excluding UK and Germany), Middle East and Africa. Isa has been with eBay since 2014. She initially joined to run the European strategy team but quickly moved into the Operational role to support one of eBay’s highest growth regions. As context, in 2015, the eBay platform had more than 164 million buyers located in more than 200 countries worldwide. Over the years, Isa built a strong background in strategy. She spent more than 10 years in strategy consulting, primarily with Bain and Company, in London, Zurich and Singapore. She also previously worked as a TV Strategist with the BBC. She holds a BA/ MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and an MBA with high distinction from Harvard Business School.
