Michele Raballo is a Managing Director within Accenture Interactive practice and leads the Commerce capability in the Milan Center of Excellence. Michele has over 17 years’ experience at Accenture with a proven track record of sales and delivery. His experience extends across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to transition, on large scale engagements. He is an expert in Solution Design for omni-channel Commerce and has an extensive knowledge of online and back-end solutions. Currently, he is engaged at different levels in all the major omni-channel Commerce implementations and opportunities.
