Prior to that, he was responsible for Engineering and IT for Customer Experience (CX) at Flipkart.com. He led development of customer and agent facing engineering ecosystems to handle geographically segregated agent centres serving over 100,000 customer contacts/day. It involved creation of a technology fuelled multi channel strategy driven by AI and distributed computing to ensure CX team is able to support and drive the multi-folded growth Flipkart.com has achieved in online retail.
